Europatrip 2016 : im Regen bis Cadiz
Bereits nachts öffnet
der Himmel seine Schleusen. So machen wir das Beste daraus und nutzen den Tag
als kombinierten Reise - und Waschtag.

Es sind ja wenige Dinge,
die man so beim Reisen noch gerne im Gepäck mitnehmen würde. Das eine ist ein
Backofen, das andere eine Waschmaschine :-)
Zum Glück gibt es aber
nicht nur in Köln (Anspielung auf BAP und Ihren Hit „Waschsalon“), sondern in
vielen europäischen Ländern schöne Waschsalons. Den in der Nähe von Cadiz,
genauer in San Fernando können wir als 1a Salon mit Bestnote empfehlen: Sehr
gute gepflegte Maschinen, Sitzgelegenheiten und sogar kostenloses WLAN !
Parkplätze gibt es gleich um die Ecke: Lava Spoong, Calle Cristo de la
Expiration, SP 11100 San Fernando,
gleich beim Centro Commercial „San Fernando Plaza“ un die Ecke in der
Einbahnstraße ( N 36.46339° und W 6.27063°).

Inzwischen sammeln wir
ja die Daten von Waschsalons. Es gibt doch große Nachfrage von den
Camper-Kollegen :-). Wir sollten da doch mal eine Extra-Rubrik aufmachen.
Der Wetterbericht hat
zum Glück recht und am nächsten Morgen gibt es wieder Sonnenschein.

Wir haben
in einem Vorort von Cadiz übernachtet und fahren einfach mit unserem VW-Bus ins
Zentrum. Am Bahnhof ist ein großer regulärer Parkplatz. Wir stehen einen halben
Tag und zahlen 5,75 €, also total okay für eine Großstadt.

Den Klopper des Monats
entdecken wir dann unterwegs bei unserer Stadtbesichtigung: einen
Camperstellplatz ohne Strom ohne Wasser, ohne Entsorgung, lediglich eingezäunt
für sage und schreibe 28 € pro Übernachtung! Ich dachte ich seh‘ nicht richtig.
Trotzdem war ein Deutscher auf dem Platz.
Dabei gibt es auch einen
offiziellen kostenlosen Stellplatz vor den Toren am Strand (war uns nur etwas zu
einsam).
Die Altstadt von Cadiz
hat uns sehr gefallen. Ein Besuch lohnt sich!

Castell Santa Catalina sollte man unbedingt einen Besuch abstatten.

Im Hafen lag übrigens
gerade das AIDA – Kreuzfahrtschiff.

Und noch ein anderes Schiff sehen wir hier: einen Airbus-Transporter ( oder ist das jetzt ein Flugzeugträger? :-) ).

Am Busbahnhof treffen
wir dann noch einen deutschen Exoten: einen Klappzeltbus. Daltus-Reisen
unternimmt damit Expeditionstouren. Die Fahrgäste schlafen dann nachts oben auf
dem Busdach in den Klapp-Zelten. Die Crew kam gerade aus Marokko (www.daltus.de)
